SMS Messaging Consent

IGNITE Physical Therapy and Performance uses SMS messaging to communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and occasional clinic events or educational resources.

Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month unless a patient is actively communicating with the clinic.

Message and data rates may apply.

Patients may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

Patients provide consent by selecting an SMS opt-in option within our digital intake forms prior to treatment. The consent option is not pre-checked, and patients must actively select consent to receive SMS communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required for receiving physical therapy or performance services.
